Interior Designer Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must have 5 years of recent experience as an interior designer
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through career
• Commercial experience required. Multi-family space preferred. 
• Must have expert level knowledge and experience using Revit software and exceptional technical drawing skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A can-do attitude and personality are key
• Prepare comprehensive construction document sets, including full elevations, schedules, cross-sections, and detailed specifications, building trust through accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure design documentation meets project requirements, building codes, and industry standards, showing responsibility and accountability
• Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life, offering helpful insights and solutions at every stage.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution, demonstrating problem-solving skills and fostering strong professional relationships
