Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3+ years in HVAC/R (Required)
• Certifications:
  • EPA Universal Certificate (Mandatory)
  • HVAC/R Certification (Preferred)
• Driver’s License: Clean record (Mandatory)
• Specializations: Familiarity with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration (Key)
• Alternative: Refrigeration technicians with EPA Certification are also qualified.

Job Type:

• Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week

Job Description:

Join a top mechanical company as an HVAC/R Technician, responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair:
  • Refrigeration units, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, HVAC units.
• Perform preventative maintenance to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Complete all documentation promptly.
• Travel throughout Eastern MA as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional attitude, self-motivated, and strong work ethic.
• Valid State Driver License with a good driving record.
• Availability for on-call duties: nights, weekends, holidays.
• Integrity and awareness of ethical implications in all situations.
